Submitting your complaint to the Bima Buy complaint’s team will not affect your right to submit your complaint to the Grievance Redressal Officer of the concerned insurance company & Insurance Ombudsman as per provisions of IRDAI(Protection of Policyholder’s Interest) Regulation 2017, should you not be satisfied with Bima Buy’s response.
